As of this writing it is been almost 7 months since I"ve joined. I"ve been using Shakeology religiously. I started doing Insanity Hybrid workout and a P90X which I never would have dreamed of having the ability to do without putting myself in the hospital. I can now jog up and down my stairs without being the least bit winded. My last physician appointment my lungs were examined at over 70% capacity. I"m now 209 pounds with a BMI of 18.4%. I"ve lost 25 pounds and 10.6% body fat. I"m really blessed to have been introduced to Team Beachbody and wish to share what I"ve done with anyone who wants to enhance their quality of life whether it"s only to look better, feel better or general well-being.
