Well, you only made that seem very overly simple. I believe I"m going to make use of the wall behind me choice first...lol. I"ve always liked in order to do freestanding yoga headstands but after 2 c sections I simply don"t possess the abdomen muscles in order to do them. I am going to work on it however.
