How can we stay healthy ~~ folow these 4 simple steps

Oh yeah, liquid calories are a biggie...pop, gatorade, sweet tea, double chocolate additional whisked grande java. If you"re going to go for that many calories might as well have some cake or biscuits, cuz then at least you"ll be full...drink those beverages and get all those calories and still be starving and then eat the cake anyways...lol
